Advantage provided overall programme management and co-ordination for Eli Lilly’s European sites as part of a ‘Proactive Asset Management’ initiative; this included the development of a tailored process for preventive maintenance optimisation based on RCM principles.
Advantage developed the business case justification and then helped to define the strategy and specify the requirements for an outsourced facility management arrangement. This subsequently included assisting in the appointment of the selected company and establishing a measurable performance based contract.
